When your plant arrives home, be it from your local nursery or from the mailbox, be sure to follow these handy tips to ensure a happy and healthy beginning.
- Place in full shade for the 1st day
- Add more hours of sun each day until you have it exactly where you want it
- Plant in well draining soil if bare root
- Water only if soil is completely dry AND plant is showing visible signs of dehydration. (Pinch test of potato vs. tomato or has shrivelled appearance)
- Relax and enjoy!!!
